• Standard Orders: Cancellation of purchase orders for standard, catalog-listed wires is permitted within 24 hours of order placement, provided the batch has not been dispatched from our Patna factory.
• Custom & Bulk Orders: Once manufacturing commences for custom cable runs (specific color runs, sheathing ratings, or armored specifications), orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
• Dispatched Batches: Orders already in transit with our authorized logistics partners cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

B. Product Return Terms

• Manufacturing Defects: Returns are only accepted in cases of verified manufacturing defects (e.g., conductor discontinuity, insulation rating failures) or dispatch transit damage.
• Timeframe: Claims for defects or shortages must be submitted in writing along with photographic evidence within 7 business days of delivery.
• Condition: Returned goods must be in their original packaging, on original wooden drums or coil wraps, with factory security seals intact. Wires that have been cut, stripped, or laid are ineligible for return.

Refund Policy
