ELECTRA VISION is a premier manufacturer of high-quality electrical wires and cables, headquartered in Patna, Bihar. For over a decade, we have specialized in manufacturing a comprehensive range of products, including Household Wires, Industrial Cables, Armoured Cables, Flexible Wires, Control Cables, and High Voltage (HV) Power Cables up to 33kV. Recently, we have also expanded our portfolio to include modern connectivity solutions like CAT 6 Cables, Fiber Optic Cables, and USB / Type-C Cables.
At the core of our manufacturing excellence is our unwavering commitment to using the highest grade raw materials. We use 99.97% pure electrolytic copper to ensure maximum conductivity, reduce energy loss, and prevent overheating. Our cables are insulated with premium, specialized PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) compounds, including Fire Retardant (FR) and Fire Retardant Low Smoke (FRLS) variants, which provide superior protection against electrical fires and harsh environmental conditions.
In addition to finished products, we are also a leading bulk supplier of raw materials for PVC and wire manufacturing, offering PVC resin, compounds, additives, and various metal wire rods to other industries. With state-of-the-art extrusion lines, an ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system, and a robust PAN-India distributor network, ELECTRA VISION Pvt. Manufacturing Excellence
Our 60,000 sq.ft production facility in Patna is equipped with automated German-make extrusion lines, real-time Statistical Process Control, and a dedicated NABL-accredited testing laboratory.
Running three shifts, 365 days a year, we have the capacity to produce 2,400+ km of cable per month across 8 production lines covering conductors from 0.5 to 400 sq.mm.
